I’m stuck with a pair of brand new trainers that do not fit my son but due to your ridiculous 28 day exchange/ refund policy that I was unaware of, I cannot exchange them nor return them. I was unable to meet the deadline as by the time I knew I had one (so short) I then found out that as I had purchased them through PayPal i couldn’t even return them in store. Not only will I never use footasylum again I will advise others not to do so either.

Was really pleased to get a half size that we were unable to get from shop although they are a bit tight on width so maybe size up next time. Quick delivery and good value.
I returned something and they just never contacted me! Or gave me money back!!!
Ordered two items only one arrived when I contacted customer services it took them over a week to respond by then telling me I needed the invoice I got with the first parcel and video or myself opening the packaging in order for them to investigate. Ridiculous service I’d advice never to order offline from them if u want to actually receive ur items
Good prompt service...trainer imperfect, so surprised at that...i guess my soul can cope..no soul is hurt the trainers worn once and can't return they don't fit at all no more...one wear and they are so big especially on one foot they feel like flippers so not just imperfect but so big badly made and sold imperfect ???? Trainers are new...but first i gave 3 star because of the imperfection would I buy from shop again hummm ..gave a edited 4 star for good customer service but now left with trainers that I cant wear????...! Total waste of money...wanted to send them back but got no reply...I'm not jumping for joy ???? but this is my experience yours is yours

Online is rubbish in store are great meadowhall online messed around and a missed the days a wanted to wear my trainers because they was so incompitant
Get a new delivery company, Hermes puts in the worst effort I've ever experienced. Had multiple orders go completely lost & couldn't even find my address plus another multitude of issues surrounding getting my shipment delivered.
After having a absolute nightmare ordering with footlocker when I placed a order in November 2020 which was never even fulfilled resulting in being refunded in February 2021, I then placed the same order with Footasylum where my order was fulfilled in a timely fashion. There was a slight initial delay but this was promptly sorted & I was kept up dated. A Good service, would certainly recommend ????
